Pink Hammam Return & Exchange Policy 

We understand — sometimes a purchase doesn’t feel quite right. At Pink Hammam, we want your experience to be as soothing as a spa ritual. Here’s how returns and exchanges work with us:


 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After this window, your order begins its journey and cannot be cancelled.


 Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests beyond 48 hours will not be eligible.


Domestic Orders

  • COD Orders: A credit note will be issued after deducting ₹200.

  • Refund Timelines:

    • Gift Coupon: Within 3 days after quality check

    • Bank Transfer (Prepaid): 3–7 working days

  • Refund Convenience Fee (Prepaid Orders):

    • 1–2 products: ₹200 deduction

    • 3+ products: ₹300 deduction


Original Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In original packaging with all tags intact


 Used or Damaged Items

Items returned in unsuitable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back with shipping charges.


 Customer Responsibility

  • Pack items securely — they remain your responsibility until they reach us.

  • Always record an unboxing video when handing over to the courier.

  • If items are returned by mistake, redelivery charges will apply.


 Partial COD Orders

  • Advance payments are refundable only if the order has not been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, prepaid amounts are non‑refundable, even if delivery is refused.


 Exchanges

  • A flat ₹200 charge applies.

  • After quality check, your chosen exchange item will be dispatched.


 Damaged Deliveries

  • Do not accept packages if the outer seal is broken.

  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video.

  • Report issues within 48 hours with video + photos.

  • Verified claims will be resolved with exchange or refund within 14 days.


 International Orders

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Please review your order carefully before purchase.


 Sale & Offer Policy

  • Final Sale items: No return, exchange, or refund.

  • No returns on B1G1 or promotional discounts.

  • By completing your order, you agree to these terms.


 Special Offer – Buy 1 Get 2nd at 50% Off

  • If you return the discounted item: Refund = Paid price – ₹200.

  • If you return the full‑price item: The kept item reverts to full price, refund adjusted accordingly.

  • Returning both items: Full refund – ₹200 shipping fee.


 Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after items pass quality check.

  • All items must be in original condition.

  • No returns on heavily discounted or final sale products.
